1. Who you're buying from
Courses4Anyone ("we," "us") is operated by Ciprian, an individual trader based in Romania. For any question, complaint, or support request, contact support@courses4anyone.com.
2. What we sell
We sell short, practical digital guides and course materials (PDF and ZIP files) on skills such as copywriting. Each guide is described on its own catalog listing, including its price. Guides are written with the assistance of AI tools; while we review them for usefulness and clarity, they are not a substitute for professional advice in any regulated field.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in USD and are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your location, applicable VAT may be included in the displayed price. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.
4. Instant delivery & your right of withdrawal
Guides are delivered as an instant digital download immediately after payment is confirmed. Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. By ticking the checkout confirmation and completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate access to the digital guide or guides in your order and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download begins, since a guide cannot be "returned" once accessed.
5. Refunds
Because guides are delivered instantly and the right of withdrawal is waived on purchase, sales are generally final. If a file fails to download, is corrupted, or doesn't match its listing description, contact us at the email above and we'll make it right — for that guide or any others in the same order.
6. Use of the guides
Your purchase grants you a personal license to read and use the guide for your own purposes. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing the guide's content without our permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
Guides are provided "as is," for general informational and educational purposes. We aren't liable for outcomes or decisions made based on their content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence within the EU.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the catalog grows. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
